Fit Mommy Friday: Body Gospel Check-In 1

Posted in Fitness, and Reviews

It’s hard to believe that I’ve been doing the Body Gospel Fitness program for 2 weeks now.  Today is the last day to sign up to win your own Body Gospel Fitness program, so hop on over and enter to win. I missed the check-in last week due to just being to busy to post, so I’m going to do a summary of what the past 2 weeks has looked like for me.  So far, I’ve used the following fitness programs within the Body Gospel Program: Body Revival: 30 minute calorie-burning workout Core Revelation: 20 minute toning workout using the…

As I stated last week, I’m starting at the beginner level.  This past year, I have not been in a consistent fitness program.  Yes,…

All of your movements are tracked by a web cam that you place on your tv. The Wii version of Jenny McCarthy will lead you in your exercises based upon your personal fitness plan.  The camera projects your image on to the screen next to Jenny, so you can see if you are properly doing the exercises.  Jenny will tell you if you aren’t. lol! You can personalize your workout with 6 background colors,…
