Daddy decided that we would take a short off-roading trip on Saturday afternoon, so we quickly loaded up the truck and headed out. While we had been to the general area before, we had never made it all the way back to Ferguson Lake. Marine Corps Nomads Goes International

At the end of January, I briefly mentioned getting reading for some big changes, but I didn’t give any details at the time. Well, it’s finally time to make the announcement because it’s “military” official. Marine Corps Nomads (pending medical clearance for the family) is heading to Japan. Adventures in Puppyland: 1st Hiking Trip

We were thrilled when D decided that he finally felt up to hiking again as it had been a long time since we’ve been able to go hiking together as a family. Even when he was able to go hiking previously, due to his back issues, he was unable to even carry his own hydration pack.
