With Munchkin’s difficulty falling asleep, I decided to look into ways to help her relax and fall asleep. Last night, I was watch Sara Snow on Discovery Home, and she was talking about Traditional Medicinals. One of the teas that was being talked about was a kids tea that helped with relaxation and sleep. Hmm… They also had an adult tea for the same thing.
