Munchkin’s lesson for this week’s online cooking class was turkey burgers and carrots. We tweaked the ingredients a little to meet our dietary needs. She did a wonderful job, and everything tasted fantastic!!

I took this picture of Munchkin’s basketball team. I had fun creating the design for this picture. Team pictures were very expensive, so this was my way of creating an inexpensive team picture for anyone that wanted one.
Munchkin loves everything to be Valentine’s themed on Valentine’s Day. I’ve spoiled her a little on that aspect. Some things took some major creativity because of what she wanted to eat that day. This yummy delivery came from Grandma and Grandpa a couple of day prior to Valentine’s Day!! D started the day with these tasty banana nut and strawberry banana heart-shaped muffins.
