Project 365 – #109 As I had stated before, Munchkin requested a carrot cake for her birthday.  I was unable to get my hands on my normal gluten free carrot cake mix (Simply Organic), so I tried a recipe that I found while at the gluten free expo.  The cake tasted good, but was a bit more dense and dry than I prefer.  I think I’ll keep trying for a better gluten free carrot cake from scratch. Project 365 – #108 With each birthday, my baby girl gets closer and closer to becoming a teenager.  One more year and she’ll be at that magical age.  For now, we’ll just enjoy spending each day with our precious little girl who is nearly as tall as me. lol!  (Goofy girl didn’t want to smile for the picture.
