Project 365 – #248 Late yesterday afternoon, I went to rest for a bit as I had a bad headache.  D and Munchkin headed outside to wash the vehicles.  I fell asleep to the sounds of the normal vehicle washing antics.  The next thing I know I’m being woken up by screams from Munchkin, “Mommy!  Mommy! Project 365 – #246 Before D’s surgery, we purchased a bike trainer for him to be able to use for fitness after his surgery.  He used it until he was able to ride outside.  We won’t go into the fact that shortly after he started riding outside he took a nasty spill.  Thankfully, it didn’t injure his back.  His doctor cleared him to ride, and he needs to work to get back in shape.  Riding is one of the things he uses as part of his fitness routine.
