Eat Easy with Lactose Free Yoplait Giveaway

Lactose Free Yoplait

When I heard that Yoplait had come out with a new Lactose Free yogurt, I was excited, but a little skeptical. Why skeptical? Well, many of my experiences from the past have found lactose free products to be less stellar than the original version of the product. Granted, over the last few years, lactose free products have been getting much better, so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when the Lactose Free Yoplait was really good. In fact, it didn’t taste any different than regular Yoplait.

I tried the strawberry as that is one of my favorite yogurt flavors, but Yoplait also offers the lactose free yogurt in peach, french vanilla, and cherry. Munchkin loves peach, so that will probably be the next flavor that we try. If you’re lactose free, you no longer have to go without eating yummy tasting yogurt.

Want to try some of the new Yoplait Lactose Free Yogurt for yourself? I’m giving away a great Yoplait Lactose Free prize pack to one of my readers which includes:

  • A VIP coupon to purchase Yoplait Lactose Free yogurt (free yogurt)
  • Lunch tote
  • 2 Gel packs
  • Individual bowl
  • Spoon

Giveaway is open to US residents only and ends 2/22.

High School Math with ALEKS

ALEKS is an online math program that covers courses from elementary to college. You can watch this little overview video to give you a glimpse into how ALEKS works. The homeschool parent is given control over their child’s account through the master account. In the master account, parents are able to assign quizzes (automatically generated based upon course work or specialized by the parent), change courses, view progress and class attendance, and much more. In addition to the master account, parents receive weekly email updates on their child’s progress. One of my favorite things about ALEKS is the immediate feedback and…

Project Maize & Blue: Tailgate Repair

Posted in Family, and In the Garage

One of the first things we did when Munchkin got her truck was to strip out the inside. It was a painstaking job, but it will be worth it in the end. Once everything was removed from the interior, Munchkin painted on the Dupli-Color bed armor. She chose to do this instead of redoing the carpet. She felt it would be more durable and easier to keep clean. Daddy has been teaching Munchkin some of the finer points of stripping off paint and grinding off rough spots as they prepared the tailgate for the primer and first coat of paint.…

Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Chips

Posted in Gluten Free, Homemaking, and Photography

What do you do when the corn tortillas are past their prime, but they are still good? Well, you slice them up into wedges using a pizza cutter and fry them in coconut oil for a minute or two until they are  crispy.  They you place them in a paper bag that has a coconut sugar and cinnamon mixture and give it a good shake to coat the chips. Yum! If you want to make them a little extra special, use some homemade vanilla sugar in your cinnamon sugar mix. These taste really good served with fresh fruit salsa as…
