Grandma and Grandpa Visit the Cabin

Originally, the cabin repair was scheduled to be completed by the end of December, so a visit from Grandma and Grandpa was scheduled. They had a business conference a few hours away from the cabin, so we thought we’d take advantage of it. We’re always happy to spend time with family. 🙂 Unfortunately, as you already know, the cabin repairs were no where near being done, but it turned out okay. After an enjoyable weekend with Grandma and Grandpa, Monday found us on our last day together. We had planned on heading out on Monday morning to do some fun things together and look for some items that we needed for the cabin, but one of the electricians showed up. Munchkin and Grandma settled down to play a game of Scrabble while we got a few things done.
