Cheesesteak Recipe

Ingredients:
Onions
Green Peppers
Provolone Cheese
All Beef Sandwich Steaks (found in the freezer section at grocery store)
Hoagie Rolls

Recipe:

1. Saute onions and green peppers until onions are translucent.
2. While these are cooking, break frozen sandwich steaks into pieces (they come in thin layers) and cook.
3. Mix the onions & peppers into the steak.
4. Place pieces of cheese (I break up into smaller pieces) on the steak mixture and allow to melt.
5. While these are melting, toast the hoagie rolls.
6. Put the meat mixture into the hoagie rolls (add extra cheese slices if desired) and enjoy!

You’ll want napkins as this tends to be messy.

Sometimes we add shredded lettuce and tomatoes to the sandwich, but usually we just have them plain. Yum!! Don’t forget you can also use leftover chicken/turkey for a delicious chicken/turkey sandwich.
