30 Days of Thanksgiving Wrap Up

Posted in Holidays, and Thoughts

Today is the final day of the 30 days of Thanksgiving. I want to thank Karla for starting this idea. Each day, no matter what was going on, I was “forced” to think of at least one thing for which I was thankful. That truly was a blessing. It’s so easy to take many things for granted until we start looking how much we really have in our lives.

So, while this 30 days may be coming to an end, I don’t want to stop being thankful to my Lord and Savior for the many great things He has done. In December, we celebrate Christ’s birth. Now, we can agree that December was probably not when Christ was actually born, but it has become the time when we celebrate. I know not everyone has chosen to celebrate, and that’s okay.

I have come up with a plan of how to make sure we keep our focus on Christ this Christmas season. Tomorrow, I will show you how we will be making Jesus the center of our holiday celebrations.

I’ll wrap up the 30 Days of Thanksgiving with this saying that I read over the weekend. I do not know the author…

In the Happy Moments… Praise God
In the Difficult Moments… Seek God
In the Quiet Moments… Worship God
In the Perfect Moments… Trust God
In Every Moment… Thank God

I love the quote that you have put at the bottom of this post – it is beautiful. 🙂

I hope and pray that you'll soon be feeling much better.
    Blessings,
