To celebrate Munchkin’s graduation, we headed over to the Grand Canyon to take a rim tour with Canyon Ministries. Our day started rather early as we needed to meet our guide – Guy – in Williams by 07:00. After the craziness of the last few weeks, this week was all about getting healthy again. For me, this meant that I got back to the basics with eating real, healthy, whole food. It also meant getting a good night’s sleep as well as some rest during the day as I tried to shake the illness. This week, I ate a lot more veggies and fruits.
