Catch the Match: The Eye-Catching Visual “Pair”-ception Game!
Catch the Match is a unique matching game geared towards family members ages 5 and up. You can play the game with 2 to 8 players. There are 15 large cards that all contain the same images. The catch? Well, the images may be the same, but the colors are not. Only 1 image will match for each 2 cards. This fast paced game really tests your observation skills. For us, we seemed to always end up laughing like crazy as we tried to find the match. It’s a fun, quick, easy game.
Perfect Sense: Riddles That Make Sense
Perfect Sense is a different sort of board game based upon your senses. It’s geared towards family members 12 and up. You need at least 3 players (which Munchkin really likes as it means that mommy is playing), but you can have up to 6 players. The die has pictures of the 5 senses as well as a question mark. Roll the die to see which riddle clue you will receive first. If you roll the question mark, the reader gets to pick which sense clue he/she will read first. Guess the riddle after the first clue to advance 5 spaces. There are 5 clues for each riddle (one for each sense). For each clue, you need you will decrease the spaces you are able to advance. Answer wisely because you only get one guess. We thoroughly enjoyed playing this game together as a family.
Both of these games would make good Christmas gifts and/or fun games for family game night.
