Thankful Thursday: A Safe Journey

On Friday morning, we set out on our adventure.  The temps were already climbing, but we knew that the location where we were heading was going to be cooler.  I set Munchkin up with a fun travel kit (more to come about that at a later date), and I packed a snack container filled with delicious snacks to eat.  All went well on our journey to the campground.  We picked out a nice wooded location and set up camp. SodaStream Starter Kit We enjoy drinking pop (aka soda) at our house, but I do not like the high fructose corn syrup in most pop.  The healthier natural versions of pop are usually quite expensive in comparison to traditional pop.  Recently, we were able to purchase some of traditional pop (Mountain Dew and Pepsi) in their throwback versions (used real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup).  The only problem with these was the storage and disposal issue of all of the cans. Taking a Test Run

We’re heading out with the new trailer for a long weekend as a trial run.  Since the 5th wheel is used, we want to test everything out at something close by “just in case”.  I’m looking forward to a fun, relaxing long weekend as a family. May y’all have a fabulous 4th of July!!
