Can Do Kid has 3 kids nutrition/energy bars that are gluten free. These organic bars are formulated to meet the nutritional needs of active kids. They have no trans fats, no high fructose corn syrup, 9 grams of protein, and 17 essential vitamins and minerals. Each of the packages contains 2 small bars.
All this is great, but if they don’t taste good, the kids aren’t going to want to eat them. Knowing this, I hopefully, but hesitantly handed the bars to Munchkin. As she bit into the chocolate coated, Chocolate Crunch bar a huge grin crossed her face and an mmmmm… escaped from her mouth. She said it tasted like a chocolate coated thin brownie with little crunchies. Delicious!
The next bar she tried was the Cookies & Cream bar. Once again, the bar is enveloped in a blanket of chocolate. Munchkin smiled as she tasted this bar. Once again, she said it tasted really good. She decided this one tasted like a thin chocolate chip cookie that was covered in chocolate.
Munchkin’s final bar was the Can-illa Vanilla bar. Unlike the other two bars, this bar is covered in white chocolate. Munchkin thought this bar was tasty. The light cinnamon spice flavored cookie paired with the white chocolate is delicious. (Yes, Munchkin shared because she knows that I really like white chocolate and cinnamon.)
As a mom, I like that these bars taste good and are healthy. Munchkin enjoyed the bars so much that she wanted to eat them all at once. I can highly recommend these bars.

As a bonus, we received the new Can Do bar for adults. It’s a chocolate chip bar coated in chocolate and just like the kids bar, it is delicious. This bar has a nice chewy texture. A proper and high protein bar not being packed with sugar, fat and junk is hard to obtain but luckily Wellness Foods has these type of delicious and yet natural protein bars.
