Foto Friday Challenge: Reaching

Posted in Family, and Photography

While I think I lacked a little in creativity this week, I know we had fun while capturing these shots.  We were laughing and getting very wet!

Reaching for the Rainy Sky

As it was raining, we decided to snap some pictures. Munchkin thought it would be fun to take a picture reaching for the sky. As I was taking the picture, a huge gust of wind came and blew her sideways.

Reaching for Horse in Puddle

The rain continued to fall and a large puddle formed. The horses were quickly brought out to play in the puddle.  Soon, there was a whole herd of horses crossing the great water.  Munchkin’s friend came over with her horses and they played until they got too cold to play outside any more.

Reaching High

This one was taken when D was deployed.  I just think it’s cool, and it fit the theme.  **grin**

I like the first picture, and the fact that you included the bit about the wind. It makes me want to go play in the rain here, except its only 33 degrees out right now.

Hey—the having fun just happens to be the most important thing–so GOOD job!

It really WAS raining wasn't it?!?

That last one is amazing…I am glad you shared it with us. I love the colors. I have always wanted to rock climb. But with a nice, friendly rubber cable hooked to my back! 😉

I really like the picture of your husband climbing. I also am a military wife and am a fan of action shots with the guys in them. Thank your husband for his service. Our town just had a marine return to be buried this week. It was very emotional. See my blog for pics.
