Word Filled Wednesday: Light of the World

Posted in Christian Life

You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
~Matthew 5:14-16

The purpose of Word filled Wednesday is to share God’s word (no famous quotes or other literature — only the beautiful word of our Father) through photos and a Bible verse!  Susan at Forever His is hosting this week’s Word Filled Wednesday.

What a beautiful photo, and the verse is a delightful one, too.

    Thank you for sharing,

    Blessings,

What a lovely illustration of that verse. And such a good way to remind and encourage us to shine forth! Thank you. 🙂
