My new crockpot with various size crocks makes cooking much easier. During the school week (and even on weekends), I enjoy the freedom of being able to toss some ingredients in the crockpot and forget about it until supper time. The aroma of a hot meal fills the house without me having to spend hours in the kitchen. On days when I’m not feeling well, I’m still able to offer filling hot meals to my family.
