As I said above, these were very large cupcakes.
The top and bottom are baked seperately.
We took the cupcakes on our weekend camping trip.

My birthday gift from D and Munchkin.
I’m really hard on my blenders,
so D decided it was time for an upgrade.
Munchkin chipped in her pet sitting money
to purchase the extra container.
D also picked out a new coat for me. (My other coat was worn out.) I received a cool set of stainless steel measuring/prep bowls as well. I haven’t decided what I will be purchasing with my birthday spending cash. D has a rule that I have to spend the money on something for me.
Thank you for the well wishes for my birthday. I feel extremely blessed to have good friends and a wonderful family.

Love the propane torch. That is so something my hubby would do. 🙂
