As a homeschooler, I’ve heard the dreaded “socialization question” more than I would care to talk about. When someone asks if I think Munchkin is getting enough socialization (especially since she’s an only child), I think “really?? do you think we live under a rock??” While I may want to say that directly to them, I don’t. Eating gluten free can get pricey if we buy all of the pre-packaged items. I save money by making things from scratch and buying in bulk. Today, we picked up our first order from Azure Standard. Gluten Free Apple Puff Pancake

Growing up, my mom would make us this delicious meal. She never had a recipe, so I had to go hunting for something that was similar to her recipe. With a little tweaking, I turned that recipe into a yummy gluten free treat. Ingredients:3/4 C gluten free pancake mix1/2 tsp salt1 Tbsp sugar4 eggs3/4 C milk1/4 C butter4 medium to large apples (thinly sliced) Topping:1/3 C sugar1 tsp cinnamon Directions: 1.
