Rebecca at Renaissance is hosting a weekly meme called Foto Friday. This week, her challenge was to capture the wind.
One thing that we don’t lack for here in the desert is wind. Wind mixed with lots of sand equals dust storms. We were driving, and I was able to snap a few photos. Obviously, I wasn’t going to roll down the window to take a picture, so these are from the comfort of the truck.
The dust storm settled enough so we could capture a picture with this street sign. Since she loves American Girl Dolls and she’s an American Girl, we thought it was fitting. You can see how much the wind was blowing. I was almost blown over with a few gusts prior to getting back into the truck.
