On July 4th, History Channel decided to make Liberty’s Kids a part of their regular line-up. I had written about the trial run here. Munchkin and I enjoy the Liberty’s Kids series, so we were glad to have it back on air. They have officially aired all 40 episodes now. It was great to see them in order from beginning to end.
There is a wonderful episode guide available online that not only lists the episodes with descriptions, but also the historical content of each episode. I’ve printed out the pdf file for my records. It will help if we want to watch a specific episode.
Liberty’s Kids has their own website filled with great information and games. Munchkin also enjoys the Liberty’s Kids computer game where she gets to create her own newspaper.
If you don’t get the History Channel, Liberty’s Kids will be released on dvd on October 14th! There are also Liberty’s Kids books available.
