Ultimate Blog Party

Posted in Announcements, and Commercial Break

Welcome to our humble online home. Thanks for stopping by. Can I offer you some sweet tea? Maybe some homemade brownies, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, or peanut butter cookies? As always, we have lots of healthy goodies such as a fruit tray, veggies & dip, and cheese & crackers. It’s all gluten free, of course. Let me introduce myself. I’m devildogwife. I’m married to my junior high sweetheart, devildog (D). In case you can’t guess, my beloved is a Marine (aka devildog). He’s currently serving overseas, so sadly, he may not be able to attend the party. We…

The Mosquito

Since we haven’t eaten out since the beginning of January, we really enjoyed this. The girls played for a little while on the playground before we headed home. The girls had a lot of fun playing together. Since we knew that we had a full day ahead of us on Saturday, we attempted to get the girls to bed a decent time. Our Saturday started bright and early. (I had forgotten what it was like to have little ones who get…

Bible Study/Devotions: In the morning, I am reading the Daily Bread devotionals. In the evening, I am working on a journal/prayer journal. Munchkin will be continuing with her Keys for Kids devotions. She is also doing her Frontline Kids “workbook” for Wednesday night program. I want to start doing family devotions again with a devotion book that I picked up from the Thrift Store this past weekend. Must Do List: Send out D’s care package. Work on laundry (I fell behind as I prepared our home for our weekend guests). Train Them Up: We are continuing to learn about how…
