Tackle It Tuesday: Computer Organization

After my laptop died, I was very frustrated that I lost ebooks, files, and pictures because they didn’t get properly backed up. To my pleasant surprise, more of the pictures were backed up than I originally thought. So, today, I am tackling organizing pictures, files, ebooks on my new laptop. Then, I’ll be backing up those neatly organized files onto my portable hard drive. I admit that I’m now paranoid, so I back up my computer data quite frequently now. Getting it all organized will take some time and work, but it will be worth it.

Bible Study/Devotions: In the morning, I am reading the Daily Bread devotionals. In the evening, I am working on a journal/prayer journal. Munchkin will be continuing with her Keys for Kids devotions. She is also doing her Frontline Club “workbook” for Wednesday night program. Who was St. Patrick? St. Patrick is one of the most popular saints. He was captured and enslaved as a young teen by pagans and druids. While he was in captivity, he came to believe in God. When he was 20, he escaped from slavery and returned home to his family and started his studies to become a priest. This humble man was known for using shamrocks to explain the trinity.
