Tropical Traditions moisturizing cream is free from alcohols, artificial fragrances, and petroleum products.  The fragrance free version is made with purified water, organic virgin coconut oil, plant based emulsifying wax, palm stearic, grapefruit seed extract, organic beeswax, and organic virgin palm oil.  You can also get the creams made with different essential oils.

Since I have oily facial skin, I was interested in seeing how my skin would do with this moisturizing cream.  I chose to try out the invigorating peppermint scented cream.  I was pleased to find that it was lightly scented, so it wasn’t overwhelming.  Although it’s a cream, it is not heavy.  It goes on light and quickly sinks into the skin.

After a week or so of use, I found my skin feeling very soft.  I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to use the cream not only at night, but also in the morning.  I love that this cream doesn’t have any junk in it.  It’s good for me and my skin.

The moisturizing cream is not just for your face.  It’s also great for your dry hands and the rest of your body.  We appreciated the feel of the cream on our skin after getting a bit too much sun.  The peppermint cream seemed to sooth the pink, dry skin.
