Tropical Traditions Dried Coconut Review and Giveaway

Shredded CoconutTropical Traditions 100% natural Shredded Coconut is made from organic dried coconuts in the Philippines that are grown with no fertilizers or pesticides. Simple, delicious, pure shredded coconut.  The shredded coconut contains no added sweeteners, no additives, no preservatives, and no sulfites. It’s a great addition to recipes and baking, or just for snacks!

As I’m sure you can tell, I like coconut, so I was thrilled to be able to try the Tropical Traditions shredded coconut.  I have been pleased with their products so far, and the shredded coconut was no different.  It had a wonderful, pure coconut flavor.  Unsweetened coconut is delicious, and it’s much healthier for you.

I enjoyed putting some of the shredded coconut in smoothies and on top of my fruit salads.  It’s great for added flavor on top of cereal or yogurt.  As a special treat, I made my own version of a no-bake coconut & nut chocolate chewy.  Yum!  The fine grating of the coconut lends itself to easy blending into recipes.
