Chebe (pronounced chee-bee) Bread is a bread product based upon Brazilian cheese bread. It is a delicious, easy to prepare gluten free, wheat free, and yeast free bread.
We were given the opportunity to review the original Chebe Bread. It is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, soy, corn, potato, rice, tree nuts, peanuts and MSG. It is easy to prepare. You add in oil, eggs, water, and cheese. I decided to use Parmesan cheese and make some buns with our mixes. We quickly found that these were so tasty that one mix was not enough. One mix made five hamburger sized buns.

The buns were light, flavorful and worked well with turkey burgers as well as bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwiches. They have a nice crust on the outside, and they are soft and slightly chewy on the inside. Simply delicious.
I am pleased to say that the people over at Chebe bread have offered to send one of my readers a CASE (8 packages) of Chebe Bread Original Mixes (retail value of $30.00 including shipping).
