Happy Mother’s Day! Thank you Lord for blessing me with my precious Munchkin. Thank you for my mom who is now spending mother’s day in heaven with you. Thank you for bringing my stepmom into my life as well as my mother-in-law who are both prayer warriors for our family. Motherhood is a great responsibility, but the rewards are worth it.

Project 365 – #128 Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court. ~Psalm 127:3-5
While Munchkin and D show me appreciation for the things I do every day, they make a special effort on Mother’s Day to make the day great for me. In get spoiled with extra attention and little gifts from Munchkin. This year, this picked out this huge singing card that was hilarious!! In addition to the card, Munchkin arranged these flowers for me from a bouquet from the store. I think she did a great job. We spent most of the day just relaxing and spending time together as a family. To me, that is a wonderful way to spend…
Munchkin is getting so big. While you can’t tell it in this picture taken on Easter Sunday, she’s nearly as tall as me now. She’s growing physically, mentally, and spiritually. She is truly a blessing to me. I am so grateful that the Lord trusted us with this precious child. Children truly are a gift from God. Happy Mother’s Day!!
