One thing that we have really missed after going gluten free was good tortilla shells.  Most gluten free shells either taste bland, or they fall apart when you roll them. Chick-fil-A Field Trip

As you can see, we seem to be taking advantage of some yummy field trips lately. Today, we went to Chick-fil-A to see how they run their business. Chick-fil-A genuinely cares for its customers and employees. They are not open on Sundays because they believe it is a day of rest. Cicis Fieldtrip

Now, this was a yummy, fun field trip. We started off the day with a tour of the facilities. They showed us their large dough mixer where they make all of their own dough. Then, the showed us a VERY large freezer where they store the dough. They use the same dough for their pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon rolls. They just add the different ingredients.
