Every day, we receive beautiful, fresh eggs from our hens. I provide good food for them, and they, in turn, provide delicious eggs for us. While their egg production naturally slows down in the winter, our hens still laid some eggs throughout the winter. Thankfully, we didn’t have to buy any eggs from the store this winter even when many of the girls were going through a heavy molt. Now that the days are longer, we’re getting an abundance of eggs, so it’s time to focus on more egg-based recipes. While D is more than happy to have egg wraps…
