Project 365 – #153 Munchkin had a ball decorating our yard for Memorial Day. Some of our newest decorations that I picked up on clearance last year were these wooden star plant picks. We’ll leave up all of our patriotic decorations until after the 4th of July.

Project 365 – #152 When we were at Walmart, we came across these tall glass bottles of Coke in the cooler near the register. It was also the Coke made with real sugar. We couldn’t help but splurge a little.

Project 365 – #151 As most of you know, I am participating in the Mommytography 365 Project this year. It’s really been a fun, eye-opening experience for me. Because of this project, Munchkin and I decided that we wanted to learn more about photography this year. Since I wanted this class to be a homeschool elective for Munchkin, I went to work seeing what resources were readily available for us. I wanted something that was in depth, but not cumbersome. Project 365 – #150 Today, we set aside a day to honor the courage, commitment, and sacrifice of our fallen military members. Very few families have not been touched in some way by the wars that have been fought by our military. Our nation was born from the sacrifices made by many men and women who believed in freedom and were willing to fight to make our country free. May we never forget these ultimate sacrifices or take our freedom for granted. May we continue to fight to keep our nation free. Growing complacent sets us up for failure…. May…
