Cranberry Macadamia Nut White Chocolates
 
 
A sweet treat for the holiday gatherings featuring white chocolate, cranberries, and macadamia nuts.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ - 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ - 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • ½ tsp. coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave for 1 minutes. Stir. Keep microwaving at 30 second intervals until melted and creamy. (You could also melt over a double-boiler if you don't want to use a microwave.)
  2. Stir in macadamia nuts and dried cranberries.
  3. Place chocolate mixture in desired size "mounds" on parchment lined cookie sheets.
  4. Set aside in cool area to allow to firm up. Store in airtight container.
Notes
If you want a more refined look for these, just place the chocolate mixture into candy molds. Use other types of dried fruits or nuts for a different flavor profile. These taste yummy with dried cherries and pecans.
