D was home yesterday as they have a long weekend due to President’s Day. I always love it when he’s home more as does munchkin. It’s more fun when Daddy is home. Well… at least that’s what she says until he tells her to go clean her room. Yesterday, we took down the loft bed as I need to repaint her room before we move out. I can’t take down the bed by myself, so it fell on D to take care of it this weekend. Slowly, we’re removing things from the walls, and I’m filling in the holes left…

Crystal from Biblical Womanhood will not be hosting Frugal Friday this week due to a death in the family. She has written a beautiful memorial to her grandparents at her blog. Please join me in praying for her and her family during this time of grieving. Crystal, we’re truly sorry for your loss.
We decided that we wanted to get each other a gift this year. Both of us have some issues with our backs, so D thought we should get a shiatsu and rolling massage cushion for our chair. I thought it sounded like a really good idea. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive in time for Valentine’s Day, but it did arrive today. D is sitting and relaxing right now. He was a gentleman and let me enjoy my massage first. Here is a picture of our gift to each other.
