Special thanks to the company for providing a sample of their product. Why would I want to use a pulse oximeter at home? Quite simply, it’s nice to keep an eye on our resting pulse, so we can figure out are target heart rate during exercise. It’s also good to know if that resting heart rate is too high, so we can take measures to try to correct it or get to the doctor if it’s too elevated.
