This is definitely one of those times when slow and steady wins the race. My recovery is going well. D and Munchkin are doing a good job of taking care of me and not allowing me to do too much too fast. It’s not easy to allow someone else to take over the house, but I know that it is necessary right now. Thank you for all of the prayers and well wishes.

I’m thankful to be at home recovering from my surgery on this Thanksgiving day. I’m very grateful that D is home with us this year. I’m thankful for all the prayers of family and friends. May you all have a blessed Thanksgiving Day!
We’re getting ready to head out in a few minutes. I have to check in at 9:15 this morning. Munchkin will spend the day at a friend’s house. D will be getting caught up on a lot of reading while my surgery is taking place. I’ll update when I can. Until then, have a enjoyable Thanksgiving week!!
