Our Thanksgiving Celebration

Posted in Family, and Holidays

Today, we enjoyed a very yummy Thanksgiving dinner. We had plenty left over, so Munchkin and Daddy will be able to have a full dinner next week as well.

We had turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing/dressing, green beans, cranberry jelly, and sweet potato muffins. A little later, we enjoyed fresh baked pumpkin pies with homemade whipped cream. Yum! As per our holiday tradition, we also had sparkling juice with our meal.

Munchkin took this picture of D and I as she thought I needed to be in a picture too!

There you are. I don’t know if you remember me. Before I went on a blogging hiatus, I followed your blog. How are you doing? What an awesome belated birthday present.

I thank the Lord for keeping D safe during his deployment. How long does he have before he gets deployed? I can empathize with you, because I come from a military family.

I hope you and your family have a blessed Thanksgiving.

Looks and sounds yummy! Sweet potato muffins, you will have to share the recipe with me. Love the wall color, and the cute curtains. Know that I will be praying for you.
