Special thanks to the company for providing a sample of their product. Why would I want to use a pulse oximeter at home? Quite simply, it’s nice to keep an eye on our resting pulse, so we can figure out are target heart rate during exercise. It’s also good to know if that resting heart rate is too high, so we can take measures to try to correct it or get to the doctor if it’s too elevated. Today, we honor the memory of Martin Luther King, Jr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a Baptist minister and social activist, who led the Civil Rights Movement in the United States from the mid-1950s until his death by assassination in 1968. Special thanks to the publisher for providing a sample copy of the book. We’re big into clean eating around here. Do we do it perfectly? Not at all. We still have too much sugar in our diet as it’s a process to transition to natural sweeteners. I’m always looking for good recipes to add to my collection.
