I was given the opportunity to review the new Chocolate Chia Goodness.  I have to admit that I was not familiar with Chia Goodness, so I was looking forward to trying this product. Chia Goodness contains completely raw ingredients. Chia is gluten-free, dairy-free, has five times the calcium of milk, and more Omega 3 than flaxseed or salmon. It’s an excellent, source of fiber, calcium and iron. Gluten Free Snickerdoodles Ingredients: 1/2 C butter 3 Tbsp cream cheese, softened 3 Tbsp sour cream 1/2 tsp pure vanilla 1 C sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 C gluten free flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp xanthan gum Cinnamon sugar mixture (5 Tbsp sugar, 5 tsp cinnamon) Directions: Mix together gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and xanthan gum. In separate bowl, cream together cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar.  Beat until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract. Sometimes learning hurts

Today was Munchkin’s final soccer game of the season.  It was a beautiful sunny morning with a nice breeze to keep it from being too hot.  Munchkin’s team played hard, worked together, and won their final game.  It was nice to end the season on a positive note.  On Tuesday, they will have the award banquet.
