I took this picture of Munchkin’s basketball team. I had fun creating the design for this picture. Team pictures were very expensive, so this was my way of creating an inexpensive team picture for anyone that wanted one.
Munchkin loves everything to be Valentine’s themed on Valentine’s Day. I’ve spoiled her a little on that aspect. Some things took some major creativity because of what she wanted to eat that day. This yummy delivery came from Grandma and Grandpa a couple of day prior to Valentine’s Day!! D started the day with these tasty banana nut and strawberry banana heart-shaped muffins. Munchkin started her day with a few eggs that we tried to make into a heart shape. Munchkin decided that she wanted tuna salad for lunch, so I tried to make it somewhat of a heart shape.…
Where have I been? We have been very, very busy doing projects around the house. D has redone the floors in both bathrooms. I’ve repainted the bathrooms. D redid the door frame to Munchkin’s room (it was a mess) and rehung the door in the other direction. I stained the new door frame. D built desks for Munchkin and I and a new shoe cabinet for the entryway. I’m working on getting those things painted. D built two drawers for my kitchen cabinet. I organized the kitchen cabinets, and reorganized a few things in the kitchen. D has been working…

Munchkin had fun creating this for Daddy’s lunch today.
Our online cooking class lesson for this week is burgers and sweet potato fries. Instead of just using hamburger, Munchkin combined sausage and hamburger with some diced onions to make the patties. I chopped up the sweet potatoes, and Munchkin added the seasoning and prepared them for baking. Munchkin then made the barbecue sauce. When Daddy came home, he grilled the burgers. Munchkin decided that she likes these burgers and bbq sauce. In fact, she wanted another burger when she finished the first one!! I think there is something special about making things yourself. She still doesn’t like sweet potatoes…
