The baseball season has officially begun. We’ve been having practices for the past 2 weeks, but this week was the first game. D is coaching, and I’m helping him out. We also have several other parents that are helping with the team. It was a beautiful sunny morning with a nice breeze to keep it from being too hot. Munchkin’s team played hard, worked together, and won their final game. First thing this morning we headed to the field for Munchkin’s soccer game. The kids played really hard today, and that hard work payed off with the first win of the season. It’s a good way for her to get exercise, stay in shape, make friends, and learn teamwork. It also helps her work on persevering through various challenges.
