Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Since a more concrete recipe for my spaghetti sauce was requested… Here’s a rough estimate of what my recipe looks like: Ingredients: 2 can tomato sauce/paste1 can diced tomatoes1 onion1 green pepper2 cloves of garlicItalian seasoning, salt, pepper to taste2 Tbsp brown sugar Directions: 1. Empty cans into large pot and turn heat on low2. Saute onions and green pepper in butter and olive oil until onions are translucent. Add garlic towards the end.3. Frozen Assets — Mashed Potatoes

We love mashed potatoes around our house, and I don’t really care to make them from scratch every time we want them. BUT, I prefer homemade (plus they’re really inexpensive to make). So, once again, I go back to my freezer. I peel, cook, and mash between 5 and 10 lbs of potatoes at a time. Then, I put them in microwave safe freezer containers (Tupperware Rock ‘n Serve).
