Mashed potatoes aren’t just for Thanksgiving, and they certainly don’t need gravy to taste delicious. These decadent loaded mashed potatoes are not light nor are they low in calories. My daughter and I like to eat them as a meal while my husband prefers to have them paired with veggies and meat. A large turkey, several pounds of mashed potatoes, a large batch of stuffing, gravy, and lots of veggies grace our Thanksgiving table every year. Of course, there are usually plenty of baked goods including pumpkin pies.  I enjoy putting together a big feast for my little family. Homemade Canned Cranberry Jelly

Munchkin and Daddy love their cranberry jelly. You know. The kind that comes out of the can in the shape of a can. This year, I really wanted to make my own so I could control the ingredients. I was able to use organic ingredients that were not processed or minimally processed. I decided to keep the skins on the cranberries so I used the blender to create the puree.
