Last year’s CHRISTmas pjs were such a huge hit, that Munchkin requested that I make the pjs again this year, but she wanted them to be long shorts instead of pants this year. On Thursday afternoon, Munchkin decided that she wanted to try to make a sock monkey. She’s always adored sock monkeys and thought it would be fun to make her own. We didn’t have the “right” socks for the job, but she didn’t really care. We looked up the basic design for the sock monkey set off on our sock monkey adventure. Slowly, the monkey started to take shape as we sat there talking, cutting, sewing, and stuffing.
