The Bible tells us… “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Phil. 4:6 It sounds so simple, but putting that into action isn’t always easy. Getting Organized Before the Move

With each move comes the need for purging the extras that we no longer need and organizing the items that we do need. Since we have orders overseas, I’ve decided not to wait until the last minute to start the process. Plus, this move requires a more brutal purging process for our household items which means taking a closer look at what we really need. We don’t want to pay to store items we don’t need. Marine Corps Nomads Goes International

At the end of January, I briefly mentioned getting reading for some big changes, but I didn’t give any details at the time. Well, it’s finally time to make the announcement because it’s “military” official. Marine Corps Nomads (pending medical clearance for the family) is heading to Japan. Yes, it’s a huge and unexpected change for us as this was not in our plans. We’ve been slowly starting the process of getting ready as we awaited confirmation of orders.
