United States Presidents Notebooking Pages

Posted in Homeschooling

I finally got around to completing the President Notebooking Pages. Originally, I had planned on getting these done in time for President’s Day, but it didn’t happen. Hey, I’m only a couple of days late. **grin**  This packet of notebooking pages includes color images of each of the US Presidents with spots to fill in information about that particular President. It also has a copywork page for the Oath of Office and two additional pages with fill-in-the-blank statements about the office of the President. Would you rather have a lapbook? You can download the free United States Presidents Lapbook. The…

Native American Talking Stick Craft

I was thrilled to see that Homeschool Resource of the Day is having a constitution theme week, so I’ll be gathering up those free resources as they are posted on their website.  In addition,…

Uncover Exciting History Review

Uncover Exciting History by Amy Puetz All too often the study of history is seen as boring by students.  In fact, I was one of those students when I was in school.  Although I was a good student, I found history very dry.  Homeschooling Munchkin has allowed me to see a different side of history – the side of history that is exciting.  By moving away from dry textbooks and using other living books, fun resources, and field trips, history can come alive. Amy Puetz has found a way to teach history in a story style that will capture the…
