Mixes from the Heartland specializes in natural, gluten-free, freeze dried meals.  They have a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is no need to be concerned with cross contamination issues.  They are also very careful with their suppliers as they want to supply safe, healthy gluten-free meals to their consumers. Bakery on Main takes pride in creating healthy, natural foods that are not only good for you, but also taste good. We had the opportunity to try out several different cereals and granola bars from the gluten free line of Bakery on Main.
