Gluten Free Fried Cheese Sticks
Ingredients:
Spring Roll Wrappers (make sure they are gluten free)
Sticks of Cheese (I used mozzarella)
Seasoning (if desired)
Directions:
Heat up oil to around 360 degrees (I use a deep fryer with palm shortening)
Soak spring roll wrappers in water to soften.
Cut cheese in sticks if not already cut.
