This week, we were prepping for Munchkin’s graduation and company, so I took a day off from the full workout here and there. Week 5 – check! This has been an interesting and busy week. I missed one day due to traveling and another day due to just being exhausted. I had been painting and moving bins which lead to me being too physically spent to try to do the regular exercise. Travel day found me eating some things that I have avoided during the last few weeks, but, for the most part, I have tried to stick to my normal diet. Fitness Friday: 21 Day Fix Week 4

Week 4 is in the books. Slowly but surely I’m starting to do less and less modification with the exercises. Cardio days are still my hardest days as my asthma slows me down. It will be interesting to see if I can overcome this or if it will just be one of those things that I need to accept. It doesn’t slow me down, per say, but it does make me approach tasks a little differently. Week 3 is in the books. It’s hard to believe that I’ve actually made it through the entire 21 Day Fix program. While I’m still not able to do the entire program without some modification, I am definitely in better shape and feeling stronger. I’ve decided that I’m going to do another session as my new goal is to be able to make it through the complete program without modification. Week 2 is done, and I’m heading into week 3 of the 21 Day Fix. I’m starting to feel stronger with the workouts, and I’m not having as much difficulty breathing as I was when I first started the program. I’m still doing modification on some of the exercises, but I have been able to use the heavier weights with other exercises. I can definitely see and feel progress being made.
