Roasted Fennel

- Fennel bulb sliced into at least 8 wedges
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place fennel wedges on the baking sheet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
- Roast for 40 minutes.
- Serve while hot for best flavor.
