A simple preparation using basic ingredients to create a flavorful naturally gluten free roasted fennel side dish.

Ingredients
  • Fennel bulb sliced into at least 8 wedges
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place fennel wedges on the baking sheet.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
  6. Roast for 40 minutes.
  7. Serve while hot for best flavor.
