Posted in Thoughts

I’ve been pondering my word of the year for a few weeks now, but nothing seemed to fit. I even did some of those cute online quizzes to help me pick out a word, but they weren’t right either. This morning as I was cutting up wood with the chainsaw it hit me. My 2021 word of the year is growth! I already knew that I wanted to work on growth in myself (physically, spiritually, and in knowledge), growth in my business, and growth in my relationships. I’m not sure why it didn’t dawn on me sooner as it was…

Giving Thanks 2015 – Week 4

Posted in Family, and Thoughts

It’s hard to believe that the final week of November has come and gone. It was a busy but good week. I’m thankful that I was able to move around the kitchen well enough to get the full Thanksgiving meal done. We had plenty to eat and the leftovers meant that I didn’t have cook as much over the weekend. 🙂 Both Munchkin and D had off on both Thursday and Friday, so we were able to enjoy extra family time together. Yes, they still had some school work to do over the long weekend, but having a little extra…
