Frozen Assets: Calzones

These calzones can be made ahead of time and individually frozen. If you do not want to make your own bread for the calzones, just use some frozen bread dough from the store. Ingredients: 2 Tbsp yeast2 C warm water5 C flour2 C corn meal2 Tbsp5 Tbsp olive oil Recipe:1. Dissolve yeast in warm water until foamy. 2. Stir in flour, corn meal, salt, and olive oil.3. We’re going through the pantry and freezer to use up what we have this week. Dvd/Cd/Game Storage

I don’t know about you, but at our house we have a lot of dvds, cds, computer games, and computer software. I was tired of trying to find a place for everything. So, we decided to take all the dvds (divided up according to Mom/Dad movies & family/kids movies) out of the cases and put them in cd storage binders. Next, we took all the music cds out of their cases and put them in cd storage binders. Munchkin has her own cd storage binder for her computer games. Fruit Filled Oatmeal Bars 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup quick oats 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup butter 1 cup of your favorite jam (we used peanut butter instead) In a mixing bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar and baking soda.
